STAR AWARDS

The STAR Awards recognize excellence in government programming in California and Nevada. The awards are held annually at the SCAN NATOA Spring Conference.  The 2008 STAR Award winners were announced May 22, 2008 at the Annual Conference in cool, green, sunny Santa Monica!
